Pizza… Hands down one of the most fattening dishes you could every make, or order. Im sure its at least one of you guys favorites. So I set out to make a low calorie 15 minute fresh pizza. I dont suggest this every day but as a nice healthier cheat meal for your diet why not right? I preach moderation and not deprivation time and time again for a reason. If you get the chance stop by your local store on the way home tonight and give it a shot.

 

 

Step 1) The ingredients arent set in stone but they are what I like to work with. As always if you can find a healthier or lower calorie recipe you should definitely grab it. Add as many veggies as possible, i personally like mushrooms, black olives, jalepenos and other super cool stuff like that.

step 2) I really find this interesting, 17 of these are what? A whopping 70 calories? Awesome I know.

Step 3) For the sause try to use about a 1/4 cup and that brings the calories to 40 and 2 grams of carbs.

Step 4) Spread that sauce over the crust, aim for about a 1/4 per pizza.

step 5) Its not rocket science so if you have seen a pizza before or turned on your tv for longer than 5 minutes and seen a commercial, well you know what to do. CHEESE! Is not really your friend, so go as light as possible.

step 6) This is really just me showing off my mad camera skills and a money shot on the bell peppers and jalepenos.

Step 7) Black olives are amazing, and so are green… Throw them on and check it out, even if you dont like them just try it. Seriously you never know when the cmbination of flavors are going to make something you hate into something you dig. I hate bell peppers, but guess what, on pizza they ROCK.
