Today we’re going to do a certain number of reps of each exercise before moving on to the next one. Complete all the reps of each one, resting if you need to, until you’re finished. This could take a while. Focus on proper form. 50 reps of each one and then go to the next.
Squats
Dead lift
Lunges
Pull ups or bent over rows
Pushups
Situps
Pamela has been kind enough to find instructions for all of these for you so now you just have to do it. It’s ok if you don’t finish. It’s ok if you’re sore. It’s not ok to do nothing. If you want to change you have to do the work. It gets easier as you go so don’t get discouraged. Good luck!
