    Heard those voices whispering to me….eat you’ll “feel” better. Looked at the Almond Butter (it has replaced traditional Peanut Butter in our house) which would have been my comfort food before and I wanted it bad, but I knew that if I took even one spoonful I would not quit til I finished off the jar.
